How quickly will my order arrive? The time it takes to process and ship your order,  for it to arrive at your door is two weeks.

How much does shipping cost? All orders placed for delivery in the U.S. will be charged a 15% shipping costs. Canada and other Countries, please contact us.

Can my order be shipped to a P.O. Box? Yes we can ship your order to a P.O. Box address that is provided.

Can I send books to someone who is in prision? Yes you can. But we recommended that you first check with the institution for their procedures to avoid packages being returned to us. Once you complete your order, we will send you an Order Confirmation with an order number via email. You may use your order number to track your order when you contact us.

What is your return policy? All Integrity Bible Bookstore products are guaranteed faultless when it leaves us. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or in faulty condition, please advise us immediately, before returning the item. When returning the item (s) please ensure that the product is carefully packaged.

All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. Integrity Bible Bookstore will refund your postage paid for the return, and replace the product of the same title, or provide a refund is the product is no longer available.

Credit Card Security:  All credit/debit card numbers are processed through our secure and easy PayPal system. If you don’t have a PayPal account, this method will allow you to sign up for one. Signing up for your own PayPal account will only take a few minutes. If you already have a PayPal account, you can order directly from your own account. There is no charge to you for signing up and ordering through PayPal. So, you are completely safe to enter your details with absolute confidence.
